Focus Settings
Is Do Not Disturb active? When active, Do Not Disturb mode prevents notifications from appearing on your screen.
Turning off
Do Not Disturb for macOS
To turn off Do Not Disturb, click the Control Center icon in the top-right corner of your
screen, then click on the Focus tile, then click
Do Not Disturb to toggle it off.
Turning off
Do Not Disturb for Windows
To turn off Do Not Disturb, click the Action Center icon in the bottom-right corner of your
screen, then click on the Do Not Disturb bell icon in the
Notifications tile to turn off Do Not Disturb.
Browser Notification Settings
Are browser notifications disabled? When disabled, browser notifications cannot be delivered.
Google Chrome
Click the three dots icon in the top-right corner of your screen, then click
Settings.
Click Privacy and security in the left-hand menu, then click
Site Settings.
Click Notifications in the list of permissions.
Ensure that Sites can ask to send notifications is toggled on.
Ensure that https://isinstock.com:443 is not listed in the
Not allowed to send notifications list.
Firefox
Click the three lines icon in the top-right corner of your screen, then click
Settings.
Click Privacy & Security in the left-hand menu, then scroll down to the
Permissions section.
Click Settings next to
Notifications.
Ensure that Block new requests asking to allow notifications is toggled off.
Ensure that https://isinstock.com does not have the
Block option selected in the Status column.
Safari
Click Safari in the top-left corner of your screen, then click
Settingsā¦
Click Websites tab in the settings window, then click
Notifications in the left-hand menu.
Ensure that Allow websites to ask for permission to send push notifications is toggled
on.
Ensure that isinstock.com does not have the
Deny option selected.
Operating System Settings
Are notifications disabled for your operating system? When disabled within either your operation system preferences, browser notifications will not
appear on your screen.
macOS
Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of your screen, then click
System Settingsā¦
Click Notifications on the left-hand side of the settings window.
Click on Google Chrome,
Google Chrome Helper (Alerts) or
Firefox in the list of applications.
Ensure that the Allow notifications toggle is enabled.
Ensure that Banners is selected as the notification style.
Windows
Click the Start icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen, then click
Settings.
Click System in the left-hand side of the settings window.
Click the Notifications settings option.
Ensure that Notifications are toggled on.
Scroll down to the Notifications from apps and other senders section, then click on
Google Chrome or Firefox in the
list of applications.
Ensure that Notifications for the selected browser are toggled on.
Ensure that both Show notification banners and
Show notifications in action center are toggled on.
